I needed to write you to let you know how much I love my hair. I
promise I will never switch salons again. I am so sorry I ever let
someone else straighten my hair because of the damage they caused.
I can't believe you were able to fix it! It's as if you were able
to reverse the damage that was caused by another stylist, who thought
she was doing the proper straightening to my hair, but who really
made it frizzy and it didn't even come out straight! I love when
you straighten my hair. I walk out of your salon with what I call
"regular people" hair. Because I've had curly, curly hair
my whole life, it is such a pleasure to have straight, silky hair
that I can style. I am getting compliments every day and that feels
so good.

I can't thank you enough for truly changing my life. Prior to
having the Yuko straightening system on my hair, my hair was always
a frizzy mess. I would have to plan when I could wash my hair,
or what was the weather going to be like. I can remember planning
my wedding and telling my mother I didn't want to get married
in the summer because my hair would not look good.
Now, I have wash and wear hair. I work out...and my hair still
looks great. I can get caught in the rain ...and my hair still
looks great. |

Not only does it look great,

I love
my hair! Mayumi did such an excellent job, was so curteous, and
so pleasant to be around.
Words cannot express what Mayumi's hair straightening has done
for me. She has not only saved me from hours in front of the blowdryer
but also frizzy flyaways and multiple bad hair days. Before Mayumi
worked her mastery on my hair, it was so unruly I could never
have entertained the thought of getting bangs or cutting it short.
But now, a whole new world has opened up for me. I am no longer
confined to keeping my hair long just to pull down the frizz!
I could get bangs! I could cut my hair! It looks perfect wet!
It is straight and silky! I have been burdened by my hair for
so long since I was young and little. In grade school others started
making fun of my hair and even when I spent one hour blowdrying
it it would still be frizzy or wouldn't work in humidity or (disastrous!).
Mayumi's mastery of skills is impeccable. I have been around "famous"
hair specialists and the top stylists for years and NO ONE has
ever demonstrated the mastery and perfection of skills that she
demonstrated in taming my unruly hair. It really isn't a minor
thing and has significantly impacted my life. I feel so much more
confident, and like a weight has lifted. It is my honor to be
under her care and would recommend her to anyone. If anyone were
to tell me that their hair was hopeless and too frizzy or curly
to be tamed, I would send them to Mayumi and assure them that
she'd straighten them out!

I just wanted to thank you again for my hair! I am so thrilled
that I had the Instructor doing the procedure this time. Although
I may not understand the technical things, it was wonderful to
have things explained to me and to be able to get good answers
to any questions. Thank you again and I am getting lots of compliments
on my hair. More importantly, I love it!

straightening! I had never tried anything like this before and all
I can say is that this has totally and completely changed my life!
I am no longer a "slave" to my hair. Now getting ready
for my busy day is a snap and my hair always looks and feels great
with very little maintenance I might add! Rainy weather, humid weather
